The German Supreme Court has banned the sale of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 on the European market. This was followed by a year-long patent and rights struggle claimed by technology giant Apple. Tab version 7.7 should have stopped selling in Europe. Sellers who have products in stock will have to get rid of them and not continue to supply them. There is not even a system to inform sellers comprehensively that a court in Germany has ruled for the whole of Europe. It is therefore questionable how quickly 7.7 will be lost from the offer of stores in our country.
